Downing Street has issued a strong rebuke following comments made by US Vice President JD Vance regarding the murder of 18-year-old Henry Nowak. Henry Nowak was fatally stabbed in Southampton last December. The perpetrator, Vickrum Digwa, has since been sentenced to life imprisonment.
