FIFA World Cup Official Theme Song Released Globally

The governing body of international football has formally launched its highly anticipated anthem across major global audio streaming networks ahead of the upcoming summer tournament. Titled "Dai Dai," the high-energy track combines Latin pop elements and Afrobeat rhythms, featuring a collaborative performance by global icon Shakira and Nigerian singer Burna Boy. An official media briefing issued by FIFA on Friday confirmed that the musical project is now available to international audiences worldwide.

The rollout follows a brief one-minute and seven-second promotional teaser unveiled by the artists a week ago.

Filmed inside Brazil‍‍`s historic Maracana Stadium, that initial preview immediately triggered extensive digital engagement across mainstream sports and entertainment platforms. Following the full launch of the three-minute and forty-five-second track, FIFA announced that all commercial royalties will be funneled directly into its Global Citizen Education Fund. The organization aims to secure approximately 100 million dollars in total revenue through this musical venture by the end of the tournament. The accumulated funds are structurally earmarked to expand quality educational systems and primary athletic development programs for marginalized youth globally.

The collaborative return marks a significant milestone for Shakira, whose artistic career remains deeply intertwined with the cultural history of the tournament. She previously commanded global airwaves with "Waka Waka" during the 2010 South Africa edition and "La La La" at the 2014 Brazil games. After completely missing the subsequent two international tournaments, her official reinstatement to the executive soundtrack represents a massive strategic move by event organizers.

The multi-nation sports event, scheduled to be co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico, will run from June 11 through July 19. Aside from the studio release, tournament planners disclosed that the final match in New Jersey will feature a massive halftime entertainment segment. Legendary pop star Madonna and South Korean pop group BTS are scheduled to join Shakira live on stage during the closing ceremony. Until then, this newly minted FIFA World Cup official theme song will remain the primary musical catalyst across international fan zones.
