King Salman Invites 2,500 Guests for Hajj Pilgrimage

King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia has extended a special royal invitation to 2,500 individuals from 104 countries to perform the Hajj pilgrimage this season. As part of this annual program, guests are granted the opportunity to complete their Hajj and Umrah rituals while visiting significant historical and Islamic landmarks throughout the Kingdom.The list of invited guests includes a diverse group of prominent Islamic scholars and international figures.

The Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance reported that this year’s contingent features 1,300 distinguished scholars and international figures. Additionally, 200 pilgrims have been invited from Liberia, and 1,000 pilgrims have been selected from families affected by the ongoing conflict in Sudan. King Salman’s annual initiative is highly regarded for its commitment to fostering brotherhood and solidarity among the global Muslim community.

Minister of Islamic Affairs Sheikh Abdullatif Al-Sheikh commended the King’s generosity, noting that the ministry has implemented comprehensive plans to ensure all guests can perform their rituals with ease and comfort. From specialized accommodation to logistical support for Tawaf and Ziyarah, all arrangements are being finalized. This royal gesture continues to serve as a meaningful bridge connecting Muslims from across the world in the holy lands.
