Any renewed military aggression by the United States and Israel will trigger a massive conflict spreading far beyond the Middle East. Iran`s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued this severe warning on Wednesday. The military branch released an official statement on its Sepah News website, declaring that further attacks would bring devastating retaliatory strikes against their enemies.
The IRGC warning directly follows recent military threats made by US President Donald Trump.
Trump had previously warned that he would launch fresh strikes on Iranian soil if a permanent resolution was not reached within days. The IRGC responded by stating that the US and Israel had already utilized the full capacity of the world`s two most expensive armies without seeing Iran`s maximum military strength. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi also echoed this aggressive stance. He promised a much bigger surprise for American forces if hostilities resume.
Tehran remains fully prepared to destroy more advanced American fighter jets.
Araghchi claimed that Iranian armed forces had already earned the unique distinction of downing a highly praised US F-35 stealth fighter. He noted that the military has heavily applied lessons learned from recent engagements to prepare for any upcoming battles. Trump told reporters at the White House on Tuesday that he paused immediate attack plans at the request of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, but ordered the US military to remain on standby.
