Customers purchasing Samsung appliances through these retail channels will receive complimentary home delivery, professional installation services, and reliable in-house technical support. Speaking at the launch event, Samsung Bangladesh Managing Director Jang Min Joo stated that the alliance reflects the company`s core commitment to customer-centric service expansions. He noted that combining Samsung’s global technological innovation with Esquire’s established retail footprint will deliver a world-class shopping experience.
Esquire Electronics Managing Director Arifur Rahman expressed strong optimism regarding the long-term impact of the commercial collaboration. He noted that partnering with a global leader like Samsung allows his organization to seamlessly deliver advanced home solutions to a broader consumer demographic. The primary product lineup under this distribution arrangement covers essential consumer utilities, including modern televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and microwave ovens.
